Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed.
Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request
has been received and will be looked at. bathroomHalo.com reserves the right to refuse any
order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable
it to evaluate and/or process the order.
Back Orders/Stock Unavailable
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
Returns must be made to the retailer from which you bought the product.
Warranty and Installation
All bathroomHalo.com products have a warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship
for a period of 24 months. The warranty does not extend to heat lamps of globes or installation
of the unit or any associated wiring or any damage caused by installation or wiring.
Installation must be conducted by a qualified and licensed electrician.
This warranty does not cover the following:
1) Heat or light globes.
2) Any consequential losses arising from incorrect installation, operation or
maintenance of this product.
3) Any consequential losses arising from incorrect wiring of this product.
4) Any modification or changes made to the unit, other than those
recommended by the manufacturer.
